Environmental Economics & Policy. Environmental Economics and Policy is an area of economics that studies the economic impact of environmental policies. In an Environmental and Economic Policy Master’s degree, students receive training in environmental economics, law, politics and analytical methods and tools.

Issues in environmental economics and environmental policy making (e.g. global warming, environmental pollution, and sustainable use of resources) will be discussed. Through this students will learn how to determine the ‘efficient level of pollution’ as well as learn about appropriate instruments that help to reach policy goals.
