Grammar Refresher II. Take your grammar and writing skills to the next level! In this course, you’ll review the foundational elements of grammar, including the parts of speech, and master the basics of punctuation and mechanics. Next, you’ll explore sentence structure, nouns and pronouns, and you’ll work with the different kinds of verb tenses.

For the TEAS exam, it's important to be able to read paragraphs with a critical mind and indicate the main idea. In this lesson, you'll be shown the secrets of dissecting several readings, so that you can name the topic, give the main idea, show the support given for that main idea, infer a conclusion, eliminate all irrelevant data, and put everything you've learned into your own words.
